we provide subscription based service with no long term contracts, and users can have free/paid subscription on monthly/quarterly/yearly or as described.

Code of Conduct Agreement
1. By agreeing to these Terms users are in agreement to follow below rules:

If you as user violate these Terms, we may stop providing Services to you or we may close your account with us, in an effort to enforce these Terms or we may remove or refuse to provide you services. When investigating alleged violations of these Terms, we reserves the right to review your Content in order to resolve the issue. However, we cannot monitor the entire services but we do our best to audit user accounts for above stated terms and conditions.
Service Availability
We work hard to keep the Services up and running, however, all online services suffer unpredictable disaster, and we are not liable for any loss you may suffer in such extreme circumstance.
Service and Support
You just need a computer & Smart Phone with internet connection to start using our service. Customer Support is available from the dashboard of your user account. Further, When there is something important to notify, we will send you Service notifications to the email associated with your user account with us.
Service Updates and Changes in Terms
We may change these Terms at any time, and we'll tell you when we do. Using the Services after the changes become effective means you agree to the new terms. If you don't agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services, close your user account. Sometimes you'll need software updates to keep using the Services. We may automatically check your version of the software and download software updates or configuration changes. You may also be required to update the software to continue using the Services. Your Content .
Our service allow you to store / publish your content wherein, we don't claim ownership of your content. Your content remains your content and you are responsible for it. When you publish your content using our service while loading product details or elsewhere , you understand that they may be able to, on a worldwide basis, use, save, record, reproduce, transmit, display your content without compensating you. We cannot be held responsible for your content or the material others upload, store or share using the Services. Further, its your responsibility to use content which is neither objectionable nor property of anyone to store or publish via our service. You agree that you are not using copyright contents including but not limited to images/text. You hold the entire responsibility for any such infringement claims and consequences thereof, wherein the action from our end can lead to suspension or even termination of account with us without notice with immediate effect.
Payments and Refunds
For payments, as we are using third party payment gateways for both - collect payments and refund payments wherein,
to collect payments you may find one or more from 2 options
option 1: Auto subscription
With Auto Subscription you don't have to take any manual action to make payment for monthly/yearly service subscriptions. In related to this, you need to carefully understand and agree with terms and conditions defined by us and you also need to carefully understand and agree with terms and conditions defined by involved third party. Here all payments from next billing cycle may automatically be collected in advance. You can anytime cancel the subscription by visiting your account with payment gateway used for subscribing service with us or by using unsubscribe functionality provided to you inside your user account, following which your service will automatically be cancelled from next billing cycle.
option 2: pay once
You need to make manual payment for your every subscription cycle in advance. Your services will automatically be stopped unless you make payment to continue the subscription in advance of every subscription cycle.
Refund Policy
Completed payment can't be refunded in full or parts however we do refund all payments if deducted after cancellation request with us or any not agreed deduction or technology failure to deduct unfair. Any refunds if agreed can be done into your bank account only. Non payment in advance for your subscription cycle, may put your services to suspension or termination, wherein termination means that you will loose all the data related to your service. All payments will attract an extra GST(18%) or whatever applicable at different times. You agree not to raise Payment dispute for any of the following reasons: Service suspension for valid reason, Service termination for non-payment, Payment done before Service Cancellation, Choice of Wrong Package before payment, in agreement to pay Taxes/late fee/upgrade or for anything which you are already agreed to.
Permissions
Our services requires user location access to automatically identify user country while registration. Further, this app requires access to read phone state and get accounts of user, for auto verification based email registration and auto login technology. Further our services requires access to phone contacts for phone number verification and for automatically adding buyers/sellers contacts to phonebook for convenient coordination. Further, our services may require access to read/write SMS for instant phone number verification while new user registration.
Policies and Agreements
Our service requires your agreement to read the terms and conditions appearing on various interfaces like new registration, payment via payment gateway, loading content etc.
